Midlothian, Illinois Speed Traps

On the south side of 147th there is a church and across the street is their parking lot. I drive past 24/7 and i see them constantly sitting there. Its hard to see until your right there because its dark but that’s there favorite spot! Sometimes at night they like to back up next to the fence so it’s even harder to see them because they blend in more.

Their’s a 35 mph limit & a squad is on the east side in the old abandonned bank building parking lot.

Theres a small device in the middle of the street that looks like a horesshoe and it clocks your speed and takes a photo,and sends you out a speeding ticket

I’ve been seeing a squad sitting on the south side of 147th all week (8/2/10). He varies the location, but is mainly on the strip between Kedzie and the commuter train tracks. Also, don’t talk on you cellphone, they have had a hands free law since May.

Speed trap. They like to sit behind the sign for Breman High School or next to the bushes near the little building of to the south of the high school. They like to get you going north bound out of the forste perserve. When sit behind the bushes you can’t see them till you have passed by them and they already have your speed locked in to the radar. Reason know is I was a cop for this town.
