Trooper parks on overpass and fires radar at on coming traffic, he radios his buddies parked on the ramps.This is a large Trap usually 3 to 6 patrol cars and always on the weekend!

Several State Police Cars, some unmarked. Sometimes motorcycles are present. One car on overpass radaring passing cars on interstate. Radaring car radios waiting patol cars on the (on ramp) to catch up with speeders!
