Interstate 69 near Exit Number 105   Fort Wayne, Indiana

Traveling northbound on I-69 at night, particularly on weekends, you're likely to spot a silver unmarked car hanging just off the shoulder between the underpass and entrance ramp. Indiana State Police work this frequently - pretty sharp and none too polite. They will ticket for New Haven City Court. My advice to fellow motorists: watch out late at night when traffic flow is thin and follow the traffic stop advice offered on this website. If an unmarked car pulls you over, proceed to a well-lit public area for your own safety.

Oxford Street near Between New Haven and Hessen Cassel   Fort Wayne, Indiana

There's a small "park" with a gravel drive they love to sit at early in the morning. They'll clock you, wait for you to drive by, and pull out behind you w/no headlights or any other lights. Then they'll flip their lights on and have their way with you. **40 MPH**

Interstate 469 near Interstate 469   Fort Wayne, Indiana

State and some county officers like to sit on any/all of the on ramps getting onto the highway from roads that cross over I-469. And if you look on the cement median (right after the over pass), there are black lines painted on it, the cops can sit on the on ramp and time you using VASCAR technology which is accurate by 2 MPH. Unfortunately I learned the hard way. But the officer was more than willing to explain to me how he got me without my radar detector going off. VASCAR is a total timing system through the officer's computer timing you between two points. Therefore, radar detectors do no good against them. Indiana is ranked third for most use of VASCAR. So watch your speed around the exits on I-469.

Scott -south Road near Deer Ridge School   Fort Wayne, Indiana

Big city officer on motorcycle hides all along the road behind various trees and bushes. You never see him until you are right on him. Enforces the 40 mph zone and 25 mph school zone between 230pm and 4pm. Other times a slick top parked off the road along the woods.
