13 and 32, Old 132, also side streets in Lapel

I can’t believe no one has reported Lapel. Areas especially to watch are coming into Fishersburg from the North, where the speed limit drops, and the intersection at 32. Also driving into Lapel on Old 132 from the south-east where the speed limit drops from 55 just out of town to 30 just in town, then to 25; watch at Old 132 and 13; sometimes the town cops will be sitting along a side street as well. Also don’t forget the cruising police officers. Cops will stop people at night claiming that they thought you were drunk, that one tail light was dimmer than the other, or that your headlights are adjusted wrong (or other pathetic and unreasonable excuses of an overactive police force). Be cautious throughout the town of Lapel or Fishersburg; I knew about this trap and I still was stopped. Many of the people I know have been ticketed or stopped throughout the town of Lapel; I would avoid it if possible. This is a small town and it is quite possible a large portion of their income comes from speeding/traffic tickets.
