The police park just off of the road on the North side of "I" Av in a grassy area. He can usually be seen if traveling West on "I" Av but is concelled to drivers who are East bound on "I" Av
On Washington Street about 24th St.
They sit near the water tower and sometimes in the Salvation Army parking lot. The whole street is marked 20 mph although the school zone is between 18th and 20th. Sign on Wash. and 16th used to say 20 when children are present. They took it down so they could trap people. There are few houses in the area and it shouldn’t be marked at 20 mph.
