Woodburn, Indiana Speed Traps

Trooper sets up in a old abandoned rest area 1/2 mile east of traffic light at fuel stop. Targets unsuspecting vehicles coming west bound. A second trooper goes 1/4 mile of the first troopers position and sets up on a access road leading north to a power substation for B.F. goodrich plant and targets people who got by the first trooper and have sped up. Posted speed is 45 mph and they are very picky about this limit.
