US Highway 431 near North Main Street   Adairville, Kentucky

On the north side of Adairville, KY, the speed limit changes to 45mph from 55mph a couple miles before you get near this small town. The one and only police officier, hides in low areas and waits for people not to notice the change in the middle of the surrounding farm land. The speed limit has always been higher and was only recently changed under the new mayor.
