US Highway 60 near 4-way stop in Barlow   Barlow, Kentucky

He sits there at the four-way stop in Barlow, not only checking your speed (it's 25 MPH there, BTW, so obey it!), but also checking to make sure you come to a STOP at the four-way stop where US 60 turns. You can see him if you're going westbound on 60, but you won't see him until you're at the intersection if you're going eastbound on 60 due to him being on around the corner of a building, so mind your P's and Q's when driving between Wickliffe and Paducah on 60.
