The police sit between the abandoned rice mills at night and watch every car that goes by. There are several deep pot holes in the road and if you swerve to miss one, they will stop you for driving left of center. I’ve seen the police swerve to miss the same potholes that they stop other people for. This is just a way of racking up their quota of tickets. The city cops are money hungry.
