Charlton, Massachusetts Speed Traps

Speed limit sign posted at top of hill (behind a curve) on Stafford street headed west to Rt 20. Speed trap is at bottom of hill, past flashing light approx @ 119 Stafford street (apartments). No speed limit sign downstream of intersection, police claim 30 on rest of road, limit is 40 headed into Worcester.

Sits either in turn around of the Beagle Club across from the soccer/baseball fields entrance or down by the end near the horse farms.

Officers park in the parking lot of the old Redwood Motel in the middle of the night.

Has anyone else noticed that recently the town is lowering speed limits on every road?

In the lot with the small business complex with the garage out back and the pile of bark mulch out front. They sit on the end closer tot he intersection.
