Jamaica Way near Between Perkins St. and Pond   Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts

Boston Police Officer stationed on the Jamaicaway Outbounds (heading southwards, away from Boston, towards JP/Roslindale/West Roxbury), on right side of JWAY midway between the lights at Perkins St. and Pond St. He parks his cruiser on the grass next to the roadway and literally stands himself in the middle of the right lane and waits to pull someone over. He does not use any speed equipment as far as I can tell, but could be using something in his vehicle to reference.

Jamaica-Way Street near Right after Faulkner Hospital Heading Towards Jamaica Pond   Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts

If you are heading toward Jamaica Pond inbound, the trap will be right after Faulkner Hospital on centre street before the roundabout and it turns into the Jamaica Way. It is right after the light on a downhill.

Sometimes there is a K-band speed sign along with a cruiser. Once in a while I have spotted a few cops with parked bikes. They hide behind trees with a black laser octagonal gun. I haven't been able to recognize the model yet but some of you lidar enthusiasts can probably identify it.
