West Street comming down hill heading towards Central Ave   Needham, Massachusetts

Speed limit is 30mph and as you go down the hill your call will always speed up above this amount unless you have your foot on the break. Officer pulled me over going 43mph but let me go with a written warning.

Cop normally hides on the side streets (old Farm rd) during rush hours picking off people going to and from the highway.
