Elm St. parking lot   Norton, Massachusetts

When traveling down Elm St. toward the grove there is a parking lot across from a closed factory. Cops will sit far back in the parking lot or right up against the tree line. You won't see them until it's too late. Residents in this area are pretty good about it and will flash their head lights at you if there is a cop sitting there. The cops will write you a ticket.

RT 140 near new Testament School   Norton, Massachusetts

Traveling either toward Norton center or Taunton on Rt. 140 near the New Testament School there is about a mile long stretch and the speed limit is 45mph. There are two dirt pull offs on that road and the cops will sit further back into the trees. You won't see the cruiser until you're on them. Since the speed limit is 45mph and its a straight-away, people tend to travel around 60 mph. They will pull you over and will write you a ticket and it will be expensive.

Police offices park in the church parking lot facing 123 (Mansfield av.). Police officers are not looking for speeders here. What they are looking for are people going though red lights, because the signals are confusing at this intersection.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
