Jubilee Drive (near Centennial Drive)   Peabody, Massachusetts

Jubilee drive is a very wide, straight, smooth road perpendicular with 1st Ave (if you're headed towards Centennial Drive from Lynnfield street, you would make the turn onto 1st Ave and keep going straight instead of turning onto Centennial Dr). There are at most 6-8 houses that are sparsely spaced along one side of the road with some cars parked along the sidewalk. A jet-black, undercover cop in a Dodge Charger waits there (parallel parked with the residents) all the time for people to go over the outrageous 30mph speed limit. The limit on Lynnfield street is 40mph, and it's barely half as wide as Jubilee Drive is! Don't speed on this road, it's absolutely littered with other cops as well.

Dancing School on Bartholomew St.   Peabody, Massachusetts

Street is rated at 20 mph which, to me, is ridiculously slow at some parts of the street ..especially when you have residents of the street tailgating when you try to abide by the limit. The cruiser is in the dancing school parking lot on most mornings when you come around the bend after taking a right onto Bartholomew Street from Lynn St.....Also when coming down Bartholomew Street after getting onto it from Lynnfield St...crusier likes to park itself on side street right before you start heading down small hill ...always same cop too.

US Highway Route 95 North&South near Exit Number 49-57   Peabody, Massachusetts

Route 95 North and South from Peabody to Newburyport. Marked and unmarked State Police cruisers hide under overpasses and monitor traffic with Lidar. They are most prominent after dark, and 10MPH over the posted 65MPH speed limit will get you a $100.00 ticket. $50.00 for speeding plus $50.00 for the head injury fund???

Lake street @ ledgwood condo's   Peabody, Massachusetts

Small hilly road. Posted at 35 till you start down the hill. Then the officer is sitting just beyond the "new" posted sign of 30. It really should be this slow because your in an area that is sparce but just at the bottom of the hill is a residential area that you can't see. I wouldn't call it a trap, I call it heads up enforcement. I know of plenty of warnings given there. Not to sure about ticketts.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
