Interstate Route 3 near Exit Number 12   Pembroke, Massachusetts

Often times there are state troopers running radar in both the southbound and northbound rest areas just north of exit 12 (Marshfield/Pembroke). They will often park behind the salvation army collection bins so as not to be seen.

State Route 3 near Rest Areas   Pembroke, Massachusetts

State Troopers often sit in the Pembroke rest area on route 3. Heading North it is as the bottom of the hill about 1/2 mile after the exit 12 on-ramp from Marshfield/Pembroke. Heading south it is about 3 miles past Exit 13 (Hanover) and about 1/2 mile prior to Exit 12, before the hill. They often hide behind or next to the Salvation Army bins in the rest area. 70 MPH is usually tolerated in this 60 MPH zone
