Lyman Street   Westboro, Massachusetts

Lyman St is illegally posted at 30 mph (should be 40 mph per Mass Highway - see illegal speedlimits on MA NMA site). Officers sit in various driveways around Westborough State Hospital complex between the public beach (about 1/2 mile N of Rte 9) and the Fisherman's Access to Little Chauncy Pond ( about 1/2 mile S of Northboro line). Because cruiser is usually hidden in driveways, enforcement is covering BOTH directions of travel. Usually it is a non-rush hour daytime enforcement. 30 mph for this road is ludricous so it easy to be in violation of this illegal speed limit!!
