Speed limit posted is 35 mph on a 4 lane road before you reach Pleasant Grove road and not near any commercial businesses or schools.
Officer pulled out of nowhere, flashed his lights & siren and pulled me over. He said I was going 49. I know I wasn’t going that fast. When I asked if I could view his radar he politely told me by law he is not required and then asked me to sign the ticket. I told him unless I can see his radar, by law I do not have to sign the citation. I asked again if I could see his radar and he told me since I wasn’t being cooperative …my teenage son was in the car with me at the time and I was polite to him the whole time.

40th Street, between Home Depot driveway & bridge

Police cruiser will sit in obscured side route to Home Depot loading docks, and clock people coming around the curve from the Walnut-side of the intersection, or coming over the hill from the New Hope-40th intersection. A motorcycle unit will sit in the main side-drive entrance to Home Depot, using the low rail to obscure him from the sight of vehicles coming from the Walnut-side, and the large brick retaining wall to obscure him from motorists coming from the New Hope-40th intersection, until they’re already past him.
