Franklin Square Drive, half a mile before Campbell Blvd.

Cops always sit at the entrance to the huge building located at 10001 Frankin Square Drive (on your right as you approach Campbell Blvd.) Posted speed limit is 35. I live off that road and I see people pulled over all the time.

Northwind Rd & Magledt Rd

Speed limit is posted as 25mph but if you’re driving east from Harford Rd to Magledt Dr. you have to break the entire way down the hill to keep from exceeding the speed limit. (Just coasting will cause you to break the speed limit!) Officer sits at top of hill in a black unmarked cruiser trying to blend into with parked cars on the street. He aims his radar gun at the bottom of the hill and it’s nearly impossible to see him from that location. He also targets anyone turning onto North Wind Dr. from Magledt Dr & Seven Courts; which is a popular morning commute path. It’s easy to go from 35mph and continue that speed on North Wind. He rarely targets anyone not making complete stops sit back 100yds from intersection looking for speeders. He’s normally there during rush hour (7-9am / 4-6pm) and it’s not unusual to see 2-3 cars pulled over at anyone time. This one officer is probably a major source of income for the county!
