Between the Arundel Town line and Kennebunkport, any time of year, all day and night. The KPT Gestapo is relentless and almost ALWAYS there and this is also an unfathomable 30 and then 25 zone from the 45 in Arundel, despitemost of it being rural road. Allow for at least one ticket in your vacation budget, guaranteed!

The Police often hang out near The Emmons Wildlife Preserve. I think more often in the Summer months Sometimes they park on the other half of Gravelly Brook Rd.

About 1 mile before northbound 1/A meets 35A/9, traveling eastbound, the anemic 35 mph speed drops to an unfathomable 25 mph for no apparent reason other than, aided by the cover of pitch black darkness (no street lights), the local cops sit in wait of easy revenue.
