I was heading east out of Calgary on the Trans-Canada Highway 1 at 7 am with no traffic on the road. No speed limit was posted on a 6 lane road. Photo radar had me going 89 km with the speed limit being 70 km. It was right before exiting the city.

The officer is in a white Ford Explorer and is east of the newly constructed bridge He is using a laser instead of radar. Radar detectors will not pick this one up. Fines are double in this construction zone. The speed limit is 60 km/hr.

Parked in the middle transition area of the highway where the 2 eastbound lanes narrow to one lane eastbound and the one lane westbound changes to 2 lanes.
