Hwy 72 between Hwy 95 and Vicksburg Road

I couldn’t figure out how to comment on the report for this section of state Hwy 72, so here it is. I live in Bouse and most of the 18-wheeler trucks going north use this cut off to save many miles. This is a good idea except NO ONE pays attention to the speed limit that is 55. also four-wheeled vehicles travel at 80 to 90 MPH when taking this cut off. There have been many very bad accidents due to this speeding and passing other vehicles in NO PASSING zones. A double yellow line on the pavement means NO PASSING and if the solid yellow line is on your side that means you are NOT to pass. Please have alittle consideration for those of us that HAVE to travel this 2 lane/ no shoulder Hwy

I used to drive through this town on my way to Phoenix, but not any more. I go many miles out of my way to avoid this highway. The county sherriff or highway patrol seem to try to out do each other writing speeding tickets. They must hide way off the road because I never see them until it is too late. Their method of calculating speed (as written on the ticket) is "observation". No pacing, no radar, no technology at all and even though I was over the limit, I was nowhere close to the amount over that was written.
