Cop, on Highway 98 leading into Page, clock you as you attempt to pass vehicles in passing zone on two lane road. To pass you must speed up (to be safe) and they clock you at that speed. I stopped in Page, to resolve this in court, and everyone I talked to said these people have a racket going. And fines are stiff. "They’ll bust you for going 5 miles over the speed limit," was typical. If you take highway 98, and are caught behind an RV, stay behind the RV and crawl into Page.
