The speed limit is 20 mph in the middle of town, Then turns into 30 mph for about two blocks and then back to 55 mph after city limits. Th city officer sits in the middle of town at the fire house or between the grain bins where he can’t see the end of town. By the you get to to COOP,He is pulling you over giving you a ticket for doing 35-40mph in a 30 mph zone. I went to court and there was five people there all with the same speed
