Cooter, Missouri Speed Traps

The officer was sitting close to the west end of the speed limit. He was able to use the radar to record your speed after you accelerate at the end of the 30 mph speed zone. You go to 55mph after the 30. Then he catches you after you leave the city in the 55mph zone but he tells you he clocked you at 45 in a 30 zone. I am very familiar with the area & I know that I did not speed up until I was past the 30 mph zone. I have no way to prove it. He did not even show me his radar reading. I had an out of state tag due to having homes in 2 states. He even stated that he didn’t know that I lived around here.
