Hayti Heights, Missouri Speed Traps

Cop hides at edge of town where speed limit is 35 and just before resuming the 55 mph.You think you are out of town because of the large fields on both sides but if you resume speed they will ticket you even for 5 or 6 mph over the 35 mph.The cop tries to be intimidating so as to get you to say something that will be more serious for you.

Speed limit drops from 55 to 25 and there is no tolerance allowed. yhou must slow down while still in the 55 speed zone before you can see the sign. They will also follw you out of town to be certian you do not speed up before completely passing the sign on the way out!

this is a moneymaker trap… as your coming in from the interstate or from hiway 412 you must go speed limit where at its slowest is 25. it is absolutely required that you go 35 in hayti heights. they WILL give you a ticket for going 40 and have been known for pulling over people going Under 30, although i dont think they give those people tickets. the cop car usually is waiting behind a billboard before you come to the first gas station on the leFort they once pulled over our church bus cause we were going 42… be careful, the only thing that got us out of a ticket was that it was a church trip.
