Boulder, Montana Speed Traps

Out of towners, beware! Coming into town from the north, Main Street, is a long hill that often has a cop at the bottom. Watch speed constantly all the way through town. Side roads entering town have no speed limit marked and the city limits on them go well beyond where most of the houses quit. Slow to 25 on those side entrances well before you get to the houses. Old highway towards Butte is 25 all the way to its end, or at least that’s what the cop told my wife.

I have been pulled over twice here. Once the officer claimed he had me on radar at 90 mph, but my cruise control was set at 75 and there is no way I was goign anywhere near 90. He refused to show me he radar measurement, even though I asked twice.
