City poilceman regularly sits in church parking lot, or along highway near school and has a strict enforcement policy.

Thompson is well know for its speed trap enforcement.
Out of state license plates get particular attention but
locals get it too. The town probably budgets ticket
fines. One humorous story going around is a woman was
sent to town for tractor parts and was caught both going
in and coming out.

This community has signs up that say 25 and they mean it!
