The East entrance to Mitchell NE is a four-lane highway at the bottom of a hill – Speed decreases from 65mph to 30 mph in a very short distance. 34mph? Expect a ticket. The West edge of town is also a quick decelleration to 30 mph, but not as bad since there is no hill there.
