East and West bound traffic is screened by hills, trees until reaching the Phone Exchange substation at the base of the watertower. 25MPH regular, 15MPH for schoo;l zone. Both directions fed by 35/40MPH roads with single sign notification after hillcrests. Laser / radar – its too late – you’re caught at less than 100 feet by a cruiser in an easy access driveway.
Lincoln Street near Washington Street
Papillion City Police park in a parking space near Lincoln on a side street, about 1-2 blocks West of Washington St. The speed limit is 25 mph but most people go faster. Generally aiming their radar westward, to get cars going eastbound.

cops get you from the opposite side of the street and they are always on giles because of the school zone and the speed limit drops
