Alexauken, New Jersey Speed Traps

The terrain along side the highway is elevated. Police sit on the rise, behind bushes, and can see far back along the road. They can dart onto the road through a gap in the guardrail.
Because of the terrain and the gap in the rail, I think the trap position is deliberate.
