Highlands, New Jersey Speed Traps

Middletown and Highlands police sit in the driveway entrance to the ball field at the bottom of a hill. The speed limit is 45 which is hard to maintain. They are there day and night, year round.

Officers sit in areas where cars are parked on the side of the road and wait for you to drive by where you are forced near the yellow line. You are then stopped and told you were driving erratically and crossed the yellow line.
