Agoura Hills, California Speed Traps
Forest Cove Lane heading toward Canwood.
Technically not a residential anymore with no housing for a quarter of a mile. No speed limit sign beyond the speed bumps. Officer sits at the bottom of the hill and tags you on Canwood.
Parkland Road near Malibu Canyon
Even though the sign says "Right Lane Must Turn Right", don’t do it before 9 am. There is ALWAYS a police car (same officer) in the alley waiting for cars to make the turn. He doesn’t give warnings. The speed limit is also 25mph which he also enforces via radar.
Agoura Road near Cheseboro Road
This is a stop sign trap. Sheriff waits on the south side of the itersection on the hill (blocking through traffic from the neighborhood on the hill) waiting for california rolls (vehicles that do not make a complete stop). At dusk its difficicult to see the police vehicle (he is well hidden).
Agoura Road near Palo Comado Canyon Road
LA Sherrif car sits at the exit of Laura Laplant hidden from traffic exiting onto Chesboro, or traveling Agoura road. Watching for Stop Sign violations.
US Highway 101 near Exit Number 34-Liberty Cyn. Rd.
CHP sits on the on-ramp travelling North/West which is Below the freeway & not an overpass. They see you pass with the flow of traffic and then enter freeway to mark you without radar nor laser.
