Ballena Blvd and Cola Ballena   Alameda, California

There is a three-way stop at this intersection, very little traffic. Police park behind shrubs watching for rolling "stops". These are 15 mph streets and almost no risk of accidents from failure to stop completely.

Otis Drive   Alameda, California

Otis Drive, between Crown Beach and Grand Street, Police in cars and Motorcycles just off the side streets. I drive this street at about 26 MPH 4 days a week while others drive 40 or more and tickets are issued almost every day.
