Motorcycle cop sits in shadows on northeast corner of intersection(wrong way of street). Uses laser gun. Mid-morning to afternoon.

On Lapalma St. about 150 yards West of Brookhurst St   Anaheim, California

This is usually a pretty fast street. But when kids are going to school and getting out of school a Biker Cop sits opposite the school in a little unused driveway that has a locked gate. Since it sets back from street you don't see cop until your already clocked.
