Westville, New Jersey Speed Traps

When traveling southbound on Almonesson Road Just past Olive Street is a Street called Hillside Avenue.. If you make a right there.. go the speed limit because a cop will park between other cars or in front of a house and if you are going fast your pulled over and there is nothing you can do about it. I see it about twice a week in the Am around 7:30.

Police will sit in the produce stand near the circle or further south in the grass near the billboards (on EITHER side) right where 130 splits off to 45, they also favor sitting in the u turn lanes near the bar. Im assumeing their useing radar because I’ve seen lights go on and them move pretty quick on people ahead that were only 5-10mph faster then us, hardly visably speeding without some kind of equiptment to tell them so. Have seen it during the day but mostly at night.

On Delsae dr. South bound side of road. They sit on the side of the road by the Gazebo in the park at the school accross from Piskers Bakery among the parked cars. Totaly random but often!

They sit on the north bound side of Delsea dr right on the side of the road as you come over the bridge on Delsea dr crossing over RT295 heading into town. You cant see them till it’s too late.

Entering Westville on North bound almonesson rd. when you cross over route 295 and pass the football field on your right they hide behind the blue concession stand building … the speed limit abruptly drop from 40 to 25 so look out cause you never know when they are there night or day Nobody wants a run in from a Westville super cop… you’re done for.
