US Highway 82 Hope, New Mexico

Village of Hope has 6 Police officers. At any given time there are 2 officers on duty. Their main duties are traffic control. The posted speed is 40 MPH in the Village. Then turns to 55 MPH. The speed limit signs are well posted. And the Officers will site you for anything over 10 miles an hour.
