Officer sits on Santa Barbara Road mostly ON Ramp - hidden from the on coming traffic heading north on 101 which many are going too fast after coming down the grade and through a desolate area of Santa Margarita & Atascadero. Same thing happens in other direction. Watch that last exit in/out of Atascadero! Ouch!
