Sandia Park, New Mexico Speed Traps

Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department routinely patrols the Sandia Crest Road targeting motorcycles primarily but also cars. They have even set up roadblocks stopping only motorcycles which seems to be profiling. Speed limits are unrealistically low. Local TV media has even been seduced into running stories targeting motorcycles on this road despite other more important issues.
