A cop sits back a bit on London Circle and radars car coming down Hastings Drive, which is a 25 mph zone. They try to catch people there, because cars tend to be going faster than 25 after coming down the big hill.

Benicia Industrial Park Way near Industrial Way   Benicia, California

A radar cop sits in the parking lot on Industrial Way right before Oregon Way. He's at the end of the straight away (coming from East 2nd towards the Benicia Bridge) & is not visable until it's too late. I've seen him there in the mornings during the weekdays, but not every day.
