State Highway 22 near Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center
A state trooper sits with his lights off, in a large dirt pull off area; located between the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center (no longer in operation) and the Harlem Valley/Wingdale train station. The speed limit in this area is rather low for the road type and its condition (30 mph). Heading SB on 22 be especially careful. Once you see the light at the train station, slow down; since the speed limit drops drasticly from 55 to 30 with little warning.
