Farmington, New York Speed Traps
county road 7, about 1 mile heading north past outlet rd. in
there is a small farm, there is three small cow barns. sherrif sit there alot. there is a hill on both sides of this farm. so if you are speeding by the time you see him its to late, because you can’t see him when you are coming down the hill from either direction.

on the three lane stretch between exit 45 and 44 heading east, state police sit at the end of the exit (still on the thruway) where the three lanes merge into two, they are they alot… and if they are not there, they are up the road pulling someone over…
State Highway Rt 96 near State Route Rt 332
Traveling north towards Victor from the Rt 332 intersection, just past McDonalds, there’s an old 2 story office building. It sits back and there’s trees that hide it from view. Sheriff deputies often sit between the trees and building or behind the other side of the building doing paperwork with their radar set. Just pass that point the 4 lanes reduces to 2 lanes. Often catches drivers that sped up to get in front of a vehicle before the 2 lane section reduction.
State Route 332 near State Highway I-90
The two main spots on where to worry are when you go up the hill, there is usually a NY state trooper parked in a little side road off the road. You cant see him until the last second.
The other one is when you go past that hill you go by Infotonics. Make sure you are going 40mph. It goes from 55to40mph fast. They can hide in the middle of the road or on the Infotonics driveway.
