A No Turn on Red Sign from rt.19 turning west onto rt.5
Be sure to look UP because you’ll miss that sign. It’s not that busy an intersection so when and why that sign went up is just a TICKET TRAP to catch people getting off at Leroy to go to Darien Lake, probably.

Interstate 90 near Exit Number 48-47
Be careful when approaching LeRoy on I-90 (New York State Thruway). You can almost never see them hiding until it’s too late, and if you’re going more than 70 (It’s a 65 limit), you Will get a ticket!

I-90 E & W at Mile Marker 383
On I-90 just west of the LeRoy exit at mile marker 383, there is a section of trees and bushes in between the east & west bound lanes. State Troopers hide out there with a nasty trap. Often times there will be one cop with radar and 3 – 4 chase cars. I go by here often and 90% of the time there are cops here.
