On the express lane of Queens Blvd. as you pass through the tunnel that crosses underneath Woodhaven Blvd. There is a marked cruiser that sits on top of the center divider. He is impossible to see as you come through the tunnel both because of the glare and because of the slope of the hill as you come out of the tunnel.

Heading away from Manhattan on Queens Blvd there are cops sitting on the divider. They will catch you in the 3 lane express section right as you begin going down the hill beneath Eliot Ave. At the very bottom of that hill (where your car’s momentum as at it’s peak) is where they will pick up your speed.
