At the time of the offense drivers are being told to pleed not guilty, speeding miles and points are reduced at the conference at the Village Court. Hardly anyone goes to the trial because they are being told that the speed was clocked by the radar and ultimately most of the drivers leave the Court with heavy heart and empty pocket.
