Montrose Area,:Rt. 18. Cleveland-Massillon Rd., I-77   Akron, Ohio

Not necessarily "traps," but HEAVILY PATROLLED. Montrose area includes West Market St/Medina Road/Rt. 18, Cleveland-Massillon Road, :I-77 interchanges. Area is greatly congested, accident rate high. Going east on Rt. 18/Medina Road, and past the light at Medina Line Road, speed limit changes from 55 mph to 45 mph at Hametown Road. Limit is strictly enforced by both Ohio State Patrol and Copley Township police department. Going west on Rt. 18/Medina Road, speed limits of 45 and 55 are enforced by State Highway Patrol and Bath Township police department.

State Highway Patrol sits on East Side of Road, normally in parking lot by glass repair shop, normally in evening.

Copley Police sit here to transport people to summit county jail to a sherriff once they are done they sit right across from mc donalds clockin people I see people pulled over all the time their after the bridge

East on Rte 18 (W. Market) crossing Cleveland-Massillon Rd   Akron, Ohio

Fairlawn Police hang out at the gas station or parking lot at S. Smith Rd near Fairlawn Police Dept waiting for anyone rushing through these long lights

George Washington Blvd. - North of U.S. Hwy. 224 (Near Rubber Bowl)   Akron, Ohio

Near Rubber Bowl the OSP sits at bottom of hill heading north. They sit in the entrance to softball fields. Speedlimit is 25 mph. They hit you with laser as you roll down big hill.
