State Rt 2 eastbound, just east of Oak Point Rd exit   Amherst, Ohio

Police have begun hiding behind a bridge that crosses over the highway just east of the Oak Point rd exit, facing eastbound. Often they're completely hidden until you're right next to them. So far only Amherst police, no State Troopers spotted yet.

Oak Point Rd North of Deerfield shopping & housing   Amherst, Ohio

I live in this area and see a police clocking almost daily. I thought this section of Oak Point was Lorain, but I've seen both Lorain and Amherst cops sitting in the 'field' (land between houses) on the west side of the road between Deerfield and oak Point Estates. They got the person behind last week.

Cooper Foster Park Road near Terra Lane   Amherst, Ohio

This is the po po's latest hang out. Treat them with respect and you might get out of the ticket, unless you are going well over the 35mph speed limit. They like to park at the church on the corner.

State Route 254 near State Route 58   Amherst, Ohio

At night, especially on the weekend, the Amherst Police department roams this area CONSTANTLY! Watch out especially north of Rt. 2/I-90 as they patrol that small area. If you run the red light going in to Lorain, they will follow you in to Lorain. Amherst = New Rome!

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
