State Route 43 near State Route 164 Amsterdam, Ohio

From the lumber yard to the north end of town they have designated this stretch as a business district which increases the violation to a M4. This has increased the fines to $300.00 for the tickets they write for 2 miles over. Sitting in several locations in one cruiser as another gives chase.Have been sitting just north of the lumber yard very frequently blacked out.

State Route 43 near Lumber Yard Amsterdam, Ohio

Officers have been sitting blacked out in the early morning and evenings tucked up by the lumber yard gate and just north of the yard.Also to help pay for the new cruisers they purchased they have posted from the lumber yard to the north end of town as a business district increasing it to a M4 violation. Snapping $300.00 tickets off for 2 miles over like it's cool.

St. Rt. 43 Amsterdam, Ohio

Amsterdam is 1-3/10 of a mile long,1 mile of it is 35 mph and clearly posted with large reflective signs,3/10 is 25 mph and posted poorly with small non reflective signs that are unreadable at night and thats where they sit sometimes with their cruiser parked parallel facing oncoming traffic with their headlights on.
