Lake Avenue near West Avenue   Ashtabula, Ohio

Police sit in business parking lots and hide behind businesses located on Lake Ave. between West Ave. and W. 32nd St. during the late hours of 11pm till dawn.

State Highway 11 near Exit Number Ashtabula to Chardon   Ashtabula, Ohio

On State Road 11, just about anywhere from the Ashtabula Exit to the Chardon Exit. Also, after exiting SR11 and going right, there is usually a County Sheriff's Car monitoring speeding from the Fire Department Parking Lot on the right.
