Many hiding spots for LEO’s

Bethesda, OhioMar 14, 20110 Comments

Local Bethesda PD sits in many locations so it is highly advisable not to speed through this town. Although one of the LEO’s told me they don’t pull anyone over unless they are going 10mph over the PSL which was why my ticked said 36mph.

I live in the town and can tell you they are pretty sneaky, but the top 4 places they sit are:

1. 4-Way intersection of U.S. 147 and Co. Rd. 26 right in the middle of town (north end)

2. In a church parking lot on Co. Rd. 26 on the south end of town. Church parking lot is on the right if leaving town southbound.

3. On Virginia St. that goes past Epworth Park. They are very sneaky here, alot of times they hide either behind the Bethesda Market building or behind bushes. Since it is next to a park they enforce speeders pretty good here.

4. On 2nd street going southbound (If you came into town on U.S. 147 and turned left onto 2nd street). At the top of the hill there is a LEO sitting on the right sometimes, by the time you crest the hill and spot him it’s too late.
