Circleville, Ohio Speed Traps

Stateys sit in the crossover in the median at all hours of the day and night. I have seen them sitting parallel with traffic at night so their lights look like they are oncoming to the southbound lanes and traveling in the same direction to the northbound lanes, while they are actually just sitting there radaring.

There are makings on the road so they can get you from the air. I usually see at least 1 or 2 OSP units in the area everyday. The post is just up the road so they target the area very heavily. Local muni court must be raking in the cast.

Several spots between Columbus and Circleville on Route 23 contain speed traps. They sit in parking lots sometimes 3 at a time in line.
